The New York Yankees are the American League champions and that means Louisville Slugger is in full swing turning out bats to use in the World Series.
Each position player receives three game bats, and pitchers get two, all personalized and featuring the Yankee logo.
Everyone on the team - including coaches and managers - also receive a souvenir bat with their name and the World Series logo on it.
An official with Louisville Slugger likes to point out that Louisville is the one city that has been represented in every World Series since the event began in 1903.
The Yankees host defending champion Philadelphia Phillies in the opener Wednesday night.
