Hot Rods Lose Series Finale 4-3

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- It was far from home sweet home for the Hot Rods.

They lost the series finale to Quad Cities 4-3 on Monday which ended the six game home stand with a record of 1-5.

Former UK Wildcat and Golden Spikes winner A.J. Reed hit a two-run homerun in just his second at bat at the full season level to give the River Bandits the lead,

The Hot Rods now hit the road for a six game road trip before coming back home. They are currently 14-22 and 10 games out of first.
