Bowling Green, KY – Dylan Floro’s career night led the Bowling Green Hot Rods (21-11) to a 5-1 victory over the West Michigan Whitecaps (14-17) on Thursday night at Bowling Green Ballpark. The righty allowed just one run in a career-high six frames to assist the Hot Rods in evening the three-game series at one game apiece. Andrew Toles and Luke Maile each had two hits for the Hot Rods, who used a four-run surge in the sixth to break a 1-1 tie.
