BOWLING GREEN, Ky -- After a spring practice season that started under cold, cloudy skies, the WKU Hilltoppers worked through their final practice ahead of Saturday's Red and White Spring Game under perfect conditions on Thursday.
With cool temperatures and a slight breeze, the Hilltoppers separated into their Red and White sides for Saturday's game and worked through team situations to gain even more familiarity in their 14th spring practice under first-year head coach Jeff Brohm.
"I think our guys have taken (the spring season) seriously," Brohm said following the practice. "They've worked hard and I think they'll be ready to play a game come Saturday. I'm looking for us to execute and improve on some of the things we didn't do well last year."
Saturday's game will feature free admission, tailgating, parking and giveaways throughout the game.
