Bowling Green, Ky--Few understand the significance of a Harbaugh vs. Harbaugh Super Bowl than former WKU Football coach Willie Taggart. He is very close with the Harbaugh family. He played under Jack at Western Kentucky and Jim was the best man at Taggart's wedding.
