Bowling Green, Ky--For the second time in three days, Greenwood pulls off another upset, defeating top-seeded Warren East 52-45 in the 14th District Tournament Wednesday night. The Gators also upset South Warren in the opening round play-in game on Monday.

Greenwood finished 0-8 against the 14th District in the regular season.

With the win over the Raiders, Greenwood advances to the next week's 4th Region Tournament. The Gators also move on to Saturday's 14th District Final and will play the winner of the Bowling Green/Warren Central game.

The Purples and Dragons play Thursday night at 7 p.m. at Greenwood High School.
