Hot Rods End Homestand with 2-1 Win

The Hot Rods ended their first half home schedule with a 2-1 win against Fort Wayne.

They have a 17-18 record at Bowling Green Ballpark.

Starting pitcher Jamie Schultz threw six innings of shutout baseball while striking out eight.

Colton Reavis picked up his third save of the season.

Granden Goetzman and Alexander Simon added the two RBI's for the Hot Rods.

The Hot Rods hit the road for a six game road trip before the all-star game on June 17.
