Bowling Green, KY – The Bowling Green Hot Rods, Class A Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays, will be hosting two job fairs at Bowling Green Ballpark during the 2013 season. The first event will take place on Saturday, April 13, before and during the Hot Rods game that begins at 7:05 PM. The second job fair will be held from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the ballpark on Monday, August 5.
Job seekers bringing a resume on April 13 will be given a complimentary ticket to that night’s 7:05 PM contest with the West Michigan Whitecaps (Future Tigers) courtesy of Sitel. The fair will commence when gates open to the general public at 6:05 PM. The pre-game job fair on August 5 is free to all job seekers, who also have the opportunity to receive a complimentary ticket, courtesy of Sitel, to that evening’s game against the South Bend Silver Hawks (Future D-Backs) at 7:05 PM.
A high turnout of companies from the greater Bowling Green/Warren County area will be in attendance at both job fairs and participating in on-site interviews. Companies have job opportunities in a variety of fields, including medical, insurance, retail, sales, customer service, and many more. For example, McDonald’s is “anxious to find strong candidates for management and in-store maintenance work.”

The fifth season of Hot Rods baseball in Bowling Green begins with Citizens First Opening Night on Monday, April 8 at 7:05 PM against the Lansing Lugnuts (Future Blue Jays).
