BOWLING GREEN, Ky - Western Kentucky head coach Bobby Petrino interviewed for the University of Louisville job Tuesday and is considered a finalist for the position, according the multiple reports.
Additionally, USA Today reports WKU offensive coordinator Jeff Brohm met with athletic director Todd Stewart Tuesday in case Petrino gets the U of L job.
Petrino was hired in 2012 to replace Willie Taggart, who left WKU for South Florida. Petrino guided the Hilltoppers to eight wins, the most since joining the Football Bowl Subdivision.
Petrino's contract at WKU includes a $1,200,000 buyout.
