Glasgow, Ky--The Girls 4th Region Tournament is down to four teams after Todd County Central and Allen County-Scottsville won their first round games Thursday night.

The Lady Patriots received a scare from 16th District runner-up Metcalfe County. The Lady Hornets led ACS at the end of three quarters and played with the Lady Patriots to the buzzer. Holly Robinson provided the game-winning shot at the horn to send ACS to the semifinals with a 49-47 victory.

In the first game of the night, Todd County Central defeated Warren Central in a low-scoring affair 41-37. The Lady Rebels will face the Lady Patriots in the semifinals next Monday.
