Bowling Green, Ky. - About three weeks ago Brandon Doughty lost his job as the starting quarterback for the Hilltoppers.
Today, it would probably take an injury for him to lose the job again.
Doughty was replaced by true freshmen Todd Porter when the Hilltoppers played Morgan State. The following week, Doughty was back under center. He has flourished ever since.
In victories over Navy and Louisiana-Monroe, Doughty completed 49 passes combined in only 67 attempts. His completion percentage in those two games is more than 73 percent.
