On Monday Warren County South plays Moorehead at 2 pm and Paintsville will take on Ohio County at 4 pm.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- Early in the game Paintsville hit a home run with the second at bat and went up one to nothing. But Warren County South brought their hot bats in the first inning as well.

Adam Burns would start it out with a pop-fly out to center field that could not be handled by Paintsville. Next batter Mac Ausbrooks would line one past the third baseman. Then Charlie Key rocketed one to center field loading up the bases.

With the bases loaded the coaches son Lance Upright connected with the ball hitting a grand slam to go up 4-1

In the final inning Paintsville cut the lead by one with a sacrifice fly but it wasn't enough as Warren County defeats Paintsville for the 5-4 victory. Warren County South is now 2-0 in the Kentucky Little League State Tournament.
