Daniel grew up not far from Bowling Green, in Campbellsville, Kentucky. It was at an internship at a radio station there his freshman year of college that he discovered a love for broadcasting.

He moved to Bowling Green to finish his last three years of school at Western Kentucky University. There he reported, anchored and produced for both the student newscast, Newschannel 12, and the student-run radio station. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast News and a minor in Marketing.

After graduation, Daniel began his career at WBKO in July of 2007 as an internet producer. He soon moved into the position of anchor and producer for WBKO FOX News at 9.

Daniel is now anchor of WBKO at 10 on the weekends and serves as reporter for WBKO at 6 through the week. He’s glad to be covering news in South-Central Kentucky that’s close to home, and to be part of a station he grew up watching.

When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys running, music, concerts, playing guitar and visiting his family in Campbellsville.
