Is there a link between using your cell phone and the amount of sleep you get?

Cell phones and sleep don't have too much in common, but when it comes to how much you sleep they just might!

A new study states that teens who use their cell phones "excessively" are finding it harder to fall asleep... and when they do fall asleep it's usually interrupted.

And its not just talking.

Teens that text message all the time are having the same problems!

Not only are cell phones to blame for less sleep, but they also cause more stress and more fatigue for a teen.

So the next time you buy your kid a cell phone you might want to make sure he or she isn't going to abuse it.

And if you can't sleep in your bed...how about taking a nap at your job?!

Some US companies are putting in nap rooms for their employees.

A new survey by the National Sleep Foundation found that 1/3 of the 1,000 people they spoke to fell asleep or became sleepy at work in the past month.

The survey also found that Americans are working more and sleeping less.

The average amount of sleep was 6 hours and 40 minutes a night.

And the average workday? 9 hours and 28 minutes!

What do you think of this? How would you like to have a "nap room" at your company?

I believe that cell phones are disrupted teens' sleep. I know that is does for my daughter. She is 17 and is on her phone, texting, more than she works or sleeps. Yes, I would love a nap room at work. All day yesterday, most of us were yawning and complaining about being so tired.
