I have to admit English wasn't my favorite subject in high school, but if i had the chance to use my Nintendo in class--well I bet my grades would have been much better!

Well that's the case for some junior high school students in Japan!

The Nintendo DS is now being used as a key teaching tool in their English class!

The students use plastic pens to spell words on the DS's touch screen.

The best part about it? -- an electronic voice that tells the students if they spelled the word correctly.

The DS is being used on a trial basis, but so far so good.

And parents said Nintendo was nothing but trouble.

Also, on the Dot-Com Desk...

And WBKO is going green!

That's right, now you can find out the latest news on the environment and how you can keep it safe!

All you have to do is head over to our web- click on the "green" tab on the top of the homepage.
