Enjoy food and an overview of the science of growing grapes (viticulture) and the science of making wine (enology). Learn about the varieties of wine grapes, how soil and climate affect grapes and wine, the history of wine and winemaking and the challenges and rewards of winemaking in Kentucky.
$10 per person registration fee includes program and box lunch. Advance registration is required.
