The Connection Center at Living Hope Bowling Green
Join the HopeFit ladies for the 2nd Annual HopeFit 90-Day Challenge. Beginning January 6th, let the fitness community at the CC help you reach your goals, and develop healthy habits to start 2014. Sign up by calling or emailing Michael Edwards at Living Hope. firstname.lastname@example.org or 282-2784. The first 20 ladies to sign up will get a free t-shirt with their registration, as sizes are available.
What is the 90-day challenge? During the first 3 months of the year, we want to help you exercise 3-times per week for at least 30-minutes per occurrence. We believe that doing this three times per week for 3 months will help you develop habits that you can carry with you. At the CC, the track is available, and so are several ladies' fitness classes and a community of women who are ready to support you in your wellness goals.
