Health Yourself, a four week series of plant-based cooking classes, with DVD Presentations by Dr. Hans Deihl, originator of the Coronary Health Improvement Project, will be held on Tuesday nights in March at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 121 Stewart Dr., in Glasgow. There will also be cooking demonstrations and food samples. Come learn how to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts in your diet to achieve better health.
