Parks and Rec Master Plan PUBLIC WORKSHOP

Bowling Green Junior High School
The city of Bowling Green Park and Recreation Department has begun the process of preparing a master plan to improve the parks and recreation system throughout Bowling Green. Public participation is essential for this master plan development. A public workshop will be held at 7:00pm on Monday, February 9th at 7pm at the Bowling Green Junior High School.

October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Barren River Area Safe Space, Inc. is inviting the public to attend their annual Candlelight Vigil to be held on October 23th at the Allen County Courthouse.
The vigil gives us an opportunity to
remember those who have lost their lives as a result of domestic violence, support those who have survived, and to engage in community efforts to eliminate violence.
The vigil will begin at 6:00 p.m. and free parking is available. Please come out to show your support for survivors and ending domestic abuse in our community.
