Three people suffer minor injuries in middle Tennessee after the severe weather ripped through the state.

In Murfreesboro, buildings were damaged, including a movie theater and a shoe store in a shopping plaza.

The storms blew out windows from the businesses, and broke car windows.

One resident said he saw a tornado funnel cloud and heard what sounded like a train, but it's unclear if an actual tornado hit the area.

Meanwhile, other residents in Kentucky are cleaning up after storms swept through the state.

The city of Corydon in Henderson County is now under a state of emergency.

The area was the hardest hit after a possible tornado damaged and destroyed homes yesterday evening.

There are reports of downed lines and debris scattered throughout the city.

The National Weather Service is expected to visit to determine if a tornado actually touched down.
