Purples pick up win in Sherrill’s return

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -In his first game back coach Bowling Green since 2017, DG Sherrill and the Purples picked up a 65-40 win over the Barren County Trojans.

Bowling Green jumped out to a 7-0 lead to start the game and never let up.

Next up for the Purples (1-0) is a trip to the swamp to face the Greenwood Gators on Friday, Jan. 8.
