Woman missing from Rockcastle County

MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (March 17, 2021) Kentucky State Police Post 11 is actively investigating a missing persons case out of Rockcastle County.

Amanda L. (Anglin) Mullins, 44, of Berea, was last seen leaving the Rockcastle County Detention Center with John Kevin Fallin around 12:30 p.m. January 28, 2021.

Ms. Mullins is described as a white female, 5-foot-8, roughly 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police say she left the jail in a 2000 Tan Chevy Cavalier. Ms. Mullins has been known to stay in the Owensboro area of Kentucky.
