BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - A Bowling Green man has been charged with murder after another man was found shot to death on June 1.

Bowling Green Police converged on the 700 block of Glen Lily Road around 10:30 p.m. on June 1. Police said the shooting victim, later identified as 27-year-old Gregario Alberto Jimenez, suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Detectives interviewed residents and identified Eder Pineda as a suspect.

Authorities also believe Eder’s brother, Jayro Pineda hid the gun used to shoot Gregorio.

On Monday, Jayro was charged with tampering with physical evidence, and Eder surrendered himself to a Tompkinsville police officer.

Eder Pineda, 31, was charged with murder and taken to the Warren County jail.
