WKU to host Personal Finance Camp for high schoolers
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - High school students are now welcome to sign up for this year’s Personal Finance Camp!
The experience will allow young high schoolers to learn about financial principles and skills that are needed to have a successful and secure future. Topics that will be taught include budgeting, credit scores, investments, and more. They’ll do so all while getting a taste of what it’s like to be in the college environment. Both faculty and WKU students in the program will be mentoring the camp attendees.
The camp will run from June 26th - 30th, 2022, and students will stay in the WKU dorms during this time frame. It’ll be open to upcoming juniors, sophomores, and seniors.
