UPDATE: BGPD investigating robbery at IGA Express station

Bowling Green Police say they arrested Derek Reynolds Tuesday and charged him with Robbery, 1st Degree.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – One man is arrested and another is still at large in connection to a robbery that happened Monday night.

The robbery happened at the IGA Express Shell Station at 2447 Russellville Road around 10:30 p.m.

Bowling Green Police say they arrested Derek Reynolds Tuesday and charged him with Robbery, 1st Degree.

They say they are attempting to locate Michael Reynolds, who has a warrant for Robbery 1st Degree.

Anyone with information on Reynolds’ whereabouts should call 270-393-4000 or Crime Stoppers at 270-781-2583.

According to BGPD the two males entered the store. One man brandished a knife and demanded money.

The store clerk complied and the men ran from the store toward the back of the building. No injuries were reported. Two employees and a customer left as the men were robbing the store.
