Sunshine returned Monday afternoon, and while we hang onto it for most of Tuesday, we won't see much of it the rest of the week. Expect BIG warming in the days ahead, as we jump back into the mid 50s Tuesday before going into the 60s and even low 70s Wednesday and Thursday. However, with the warming will come several disturbances moving through with periodic rains. Shower chances are high for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. River flooding will remain a concern as we head toward President's Day weekend.
