Alison Lundergan-Grimes calls for greater transparency in state government.

In regard to the state's pension plan, Secretary of State Alison Lundergan-Grimes Is calling for an amendment to the state's constitution, which would make all bills regarding public employee pension plans available for public viewing at least 24 hours prior to a vote.

Fellow democrat, State Representative Jody Richards from Bowling Green has worked with Grimes to compose the bill for the amendment. Grimes says she is working in conjunction with members of both republican and democratic caucuses to lead the charge to create greater transparency heading into 2019.
