Our new week is off to a CHILLY start! There's even a chance for some wet snow flakes to mix in with scattered rain showers from our departing system tonight into Monday morning (no accumulation). Low clouds combined with a stiff west wind will make for a raw, cold Monday afternoon, with highs only reaching the mid 40s. As skies clear Monday night, the potential is there for widespread frost and a light freeze as readings dip into the low 30s. At least this cold snap will be short-lived: Readings rebound into the mid 60s Tuesday before climbing well into the 70s Wednesday. Temperatures will stay in the seasonal 60s for the end of the week and into the weekend.
