Arrest made in in Glasgow Circle K robbery

GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) - The Glasgow Police Department has made an arrest in connection with the robbery of a convenience store.

GPD responded to South Broadway Street in reference to a tip regarding the robbery of the Circle K on Tuesday.

When officers arrived at the home, they were given consent to search and found William Jackson hiding upstairs.

Jackson was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Intimidating A Participant In The Legal Process.

Police say another person at the home, Vera Leoda Pittman, was arrested after they found Hydrocodone pills inside her purse. She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Opiates) .
