GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) -- The AtCorr Packaging Products plant is expanding its corrugated sheet plant in Glasgow.

AtCorr provides Fit-to-Product shipping solutions with many different sizes and shapes of containers, and industrial packaging supplies.

"It feels like that our team has really put forth their best effort and, as I said, we're not done," said Barren County Judge/Executive, Michael Hale. "We are not done and you are going to see some improvements in Barren County."

They are investing $780,950 and creating 31 new jobs by relocating their current operation to a new 130,000 square foot facility at 1320 West Main Street.

The expansion includes new equipment, work stations, and conveyor lines.

"When you talk about careers, not just a job, I'm talking about a career from start to retirement, that's what we're charged to do and that's what we are going to do and we are going to use all of our resources to get it done," said Hale.

Established in 2011, AtCorr currently employs 14 people and will more than triple its workforce when the project is complete.
