BGMU workers travel to Florida to help with hurricane relief

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Bowling Green Municipal Utilities sent twelve of their employees to Gainesville, Florida, in hopes to help with Hurricane Irma recovery. Gainesville called out to BGMU for help with fallen down power lines, but the BGMU is determined to help wherever they are needed.

The BGMU is currently in Florida indefinitely and have no plans to leave until they are on their feet.
