(WATE/CNN) -- A judge has ordered the man accused of raping a Tennessee teenager be held on a $2 million bond.

Randall Pruitt appeared in a Monroe County, Tennessee courtroom Tuesday on a rape charge.

Pruitt is the adoptive father of a 14-year-old girl reported missing last month.

According to an arrest warrant, videos taken on the girl's phone allegedly showed Pruitt taking part in the sexual assault of the girl.

Tuesday, the judge ruled that he was a flight risk and placed a gag order on the case.

A 31-year-old Wisconsin man is also charged in the case for allegedly picking up the teen in Tennessee and taking her to Wisconsin.
