Connect 4 Charity raises over $2,000 for local non-profit

Toyota of Bowling Green and Trent Bedding held their second Connect Four fund-raising tournament Tuesday.

"All the participants that have come and played Connect 4 today, they've allowed us to raise more than $2,000 for the South Central Kentucky American Red Cross," said Kinny Landrum, a salesman for Toyota of Bowling Green.

The event is held once a month and it costs $100 for each person to play and 100% of the proceeds go to a local charity.

Next month, the fundraiser will benefit the Historic Rail Park in Bowling Green.
