Crime Stoppers: Guns Stolen from Dunham's Sports

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating a shoplifting from a local sporting goods store.

Police say on Saturday, April 14th, a man entered Dunham's sporting goods store in Greenwood Mall and inquired about a gun in the display case. Employees told police the man put on two batting gloves and carried a sports bag to the gun cases, then smashed the glass on one of the cases. He put several handguns in the bag then ran from the store.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a black jacket, a red shirt, jeans, a black ball cap, and black shoes.

The ATF has offered up to $4,000 in addition to the Crime Stoppers reward, leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
