Kentucky State Police say between 10:00 and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday March 16, an unknown person or persons entered the residence at 605 North 3rd Street in Scottsville and shot two people, Charles Hopewell and Alyssia Rodriguez. Hopewell was treated and released but Rodriguez died at the hospital.

The Police Department needs your help in identifying who is responsible. Police need to question the two people seen in surveillance videos. If you recognize these two persons, or have any information relevant to the case, Crime Stoppers will pay you cash for your information.
