Crime Stoppers: Someone stole Stihl tools from Scottsville

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) -- Scottsville Police say on Wednesday, August 9, someone broke into a local business in the 5000 block of New Glasgow Road. Employees told police someone pried the front door open and stole numerous power tools.

Video surveillance shows a dark GMC Sierra back up to the front door, a passenger get out of the truck and use a pry bar to open the front door. Once inside, both men loaded numerous Stihl chain saws, leaf blowers and a concrete saw into their truck. Employees told police the merchandise was valued over $10,000.00.

The suspects appear to be two white males, one shorter and heavier set than the other who may have dark hair and balding.
