Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies say on March 20, 2018 they received a call from Warren County Parks and Recreation saying someone had broken into Michael Buchanon Park on Nashville Road.

Employees told police sometime during the night, someone entered the park and pried open storage units where tools were previously stored.

Employees said a Ford F350 was missing. The pickup was found a short distance away, but had damage to front end.

The thieves also stole an estimated $5000 worth of power tools. Among the items taken are Stihl Blowers, weed trimmers, pole saws, hedge trimmers, and a chainsaw. Several tool sets and a large quantity of oil were taken, and a large section of fence was damaged.
