...ARCTIC BLAST TO BRING A HARD FREEZE FRIDAY NIGHT...

Here comes the cold!! An arctic cold front arrives Friday with showers out ahead of it for the morning commute. Then comes a big temperature plunge as northwest winds take over late Friday. We may even see a passing flurry or two Friday night, but nothing more. A hard freeze is likely as we clear out by Saturday morning. Veteran's Day weekend looks dry but cold, especially Saturday with highs only in the mid to upper 30s! Looking ahead into next week, yet another blast of even colder Arctic air arrives late Monday...one that might deliver our first snow flakes of the season next Monday night into Tuesday! A warming trend sets in for the middle of next week but temperatures will continue well below the seasonal average of 63°.
