After a badly-needed chance to dry out for a couple of days, another round of rain has rolled back into the region. Periods of rain will be the story of our Wednesday and Thursday. At this time, severe weather is not anticipated, but heavy rainfall is possible, especially over southern and eastern sections. A general 1-2" of rain is likely by Thursday night. Thursday's rains will also be accompanied by windy conditions with gusts up to 40 mph which may down a few trees.

This weekend is the 2018 Home Expo at the Sloan Convention Center, and the weather looks nice but cooler with highs in the more seasonable mid 50s to near 60°. The First Alert Storm Team will again be selling and programming NOAA Weather Radios with our partner Kroger at the WBKO booth from 10am-2pm this Saturday! A chance of rain returns Monday but will clear out by Tuesday.
