Update: Glasgow Police make arrest after shots fired in drive-by

UPDATE: 5:04 PM, 4/15/2016

The Glasgow Police Department arrested Jeffrey D. Riley Friday in connection with the West Washington Street drive by shooting incident.

A search warrant was issued for 115 Lynn Court, where Riley was arrested.

GPD found a stolen .357 handgun that was used in the shooting, along with illegal drugs and a large sum of money.

Riley was charged with two counts Wanton Endangerment 1st, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking in Controlled Substance, Trafficking in Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Riley was taken to the Barren County Jail.

Glasgow Police make an arrest after a suspect drives away in a shooting Friday morning.

Police said around 10:30 AM officers responded to a call of shots fired into a home on West Washington Street.

No one was injured according to GPD.

Police said the multiple suspects drove away before officers arrived. Authorities were able to make an arrest shortly after the shooting, but the person's identity hasn't been released.

Glasgow Police have only released that the suspect is a person of interest in the shooting.

Authorities are still on the scene investigating.
