Hemp facility to have a dedication in Trigg County

The Farm bill will include the Industrial Hemp Farming Act, and one of the nations largest hemp manufacturers is right here close to home.
Friday, Vertical Companies will have a dedication at their Trigg County Hemp Facility.
The brand new facility is Vertical's initial $5 million investment to cultivate, extract and manufacture a wide-range of hemp based C.B.D. products.
At full capacity, they say the facility will employ more than 100 Kentuckians.
Congressman James Comer, former Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner, is expected to be there.
Comer is a strong advocate for Hemp Production.
