Kentucky State Police say the name of the victim in this fatal accident on I-65 north in Hart County has been released. The victim was Dylan A. Fresina (26) of Baton Rouge, LA, who was operating a 2000 Lexus

According to the preliminary investigation a singular vehicle going northbound on I-65 around noon veered off the road around exit 58, near Horse Cave.
The vehicle went off the right shoulder and then struck an overpass. Officials say the cause of the crash is still unknown at this time.
"It was a single occupant, the operator was the only person in the vehicle. They were pronounced deceased on the scene by responding units and first respondents," said Trooper Daniel Priddy, KSP Post 3.
The crash is still under investigation.
13 News is at the scene of what Kentucky State Police have confirmed as a fatal accident on I-65 North, near the 58 mile marker.
They tell us it was a single vehicle collision that ran off the right-hand side of the road and crashed into an overpass.
The driver was the only person in the vehicle.
At this time, they are working to tow the car away.
