On December 8, the Kentucky State Police arrested Constable Willie Parker for Bribery of a Public Servant and Escape 2nd Degree by Complicity.

In June of this year, a Greenville inmate, Anthony White, escaped from custody while being transported by Constable Parker from the Muhlenberg County Court House to the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.

Through investigation, Kentucky State Police determined Constable Parker had agreed to accept a bribe from the inmate’s girlfriend, Kelly Dooley, to assist in Mr. White’s escape.

On December 8, a Muhlenberg County Grand Jury indicted Constable Parker, Mr. White, and Mrs. Dooley for Bribery of a Public Servant and try to Escape 2nd Degree by Complicity.

Mr. Parker was arrested and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center. Mr. White and Mrs. Dooley were already incarcerated at the time of indictment.
