BOWLING GREEN, KY. (WBKO) -- We've heard it time and time before the constant reminder of spaying or neutering our pets.
But that can sometimes come at a very high price.
One local group is helping low income families spay or neuter their pets while also educating them.
"To qualify for a low cost spayed-neuter an individual or a family must be able to prove that they are low income, any type of um disability or any kind of public assistance," says Cindy McCaleb of A Voice for Animals Group.
February 27 is "World Spay Day."
Cindy adds that their organization functions with donations if you would like to learn more about spaying or neutering your pets visit you can find them on Facebook, on A Voice for Animals of Bowling Green, Ky.
