An Edmonson County man is behind bars after police found him naked behind a home on Sunfish School Road Wednesday morning.

Benjamin Munsee and his wife found the man after shortly after waking up.

Kentucky State Police arrested 30-year-old Timothy Ellison after they found him passed out in Munsee's yard, under the influence of drugs.

"We were looking out the kitchen window and happened to see a guy laying out here," says Munsee. "We didn't know who he was. He didn't have any clothes on. He had one sock on and that was all we could see."

Police placed him under arrest and later found out the Ellison was a fugitive from the state of Indiana.

Further investigation into the incident led police across the street where two more arrests were made. 40-year-old Travis Howard and 30-year-old Jenny Duvall were charged with possession of a controlled substance.

"I've lived here 22 years and never had a problem with anyone, even the neighbors across the road," says Munsee. "This is kind of an unusual incident that happened."

KSP says they don't take any drug arrest lightly, even those that may seem small.

"The ultimate goal is to get the people who are bringing this poison into our county," says KSP Trooper BJ Eaton. "We want our communities to be drug-free and safe. That's why any time we do see something like this, that's not the end of the investigation. We want to hopefully track it up the chain and see where it's coming from."

Timothy Ellison is currently being held in the Hart County Jail. He is facing charges of public intoxication as well as being a fugitive from another state.
