March for unity and peace, honoring New Zealand victims in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- After a mass shooting to two mosques in New Zealand almost a month ago, several here marched for peace and unity.

The attacks claimed the lives of at least 50 people.

On Saturday, members of the community marched from the Bowling Green Ballpark to the square in honor of the victims and for peace in general.

Several marched with signs.

The event was put together by two students.
