Monroe County death investigation

A death investigation is occurring in Monroe County.
On Monday afternoon, the Tompkinsville Police Department was notified of a deceased man inside a vehicle at a house on Bradshaw Road in Tompkinsville.
The Department has identified the victim as 54-year-old William McClendon III, who lived at the residence where he was found.
McClendon had a pre-existing medical condition that is believed to have been the cause of his death.
No foul play is expected.
