BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- February 12, will mark five years since the earth opened up and swallowed eight classic Corvettes, at the National Corvette Museum.
The museum will be celebrating its fifth anniversary of the Great Sinkhole Collapse.
Museum visitors can now experience the sinkhole through an exhibit that details why the sinkhole happened and how.
It is a day that many worldwide remember and if you haven't gotten a chance to visit the museum don't fret you may now be able to look at the cave from the comfort of your own home.
"This year is the first year that we've not restored a car or started restoration on one or any kind of major project. But we did do a 360-degree scan inside of the sinkhole and the cave, we have a virtual tour that people will be able to access on our website, so it'll be as though you're inside the cave exploring it yourself."
