Robert Reich visits WKU and speaks on American politics
Former Secretary of Labor for President Bill Clinton and one of President Barack Obama's economic advisers traveled to Western Kentucky University on Wednesday. He spoke with students and faculty, answering any questions they may have on politics.
13 News was able to catch up with him and he spoke with us about how tax reform could impact services we all use.
"Just look at the Affordable Care Act. There are 2,100 people in Kentucky who now have health insurance that did not have it before. If that really is undermined, then we have a lot of people here in Kentucky who are worse off."
He also warned against a rising stock market, and said only 10% of people own stocks.
