RICHARDSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) --- Sheriff Brett Hightower was Richardsville Thursday night for a meet-and-greet with the community.
Sheriff Hightower discussed areas of concern within the community.
Speeding, road width, and police response time were some of the issues raised by the public.
"Geographically I selected Richardsville because it's just more difficult to get to and I want to make sure that we are working together, we understand the needs of the community, and we as a Sheriff Office can meet those needs and help work together to solve any issues they have out here in their community," said Hightower.
This is an opportunity for the community to meet one-on-one with the Warren County Sheriff along with Magistrate Mark Young and the Sheriff's Office. Hightower says these types of meetings are very important in building relationships.
Officails from the road department, Richardsville Fire Department were in attendance to help address concerns.
Sheriff Hightower plans to hold future meet and greets across Warren County to reach as many people as possible.
